PRICING  Each puppy is priced individually according to pedigree, markings, color, and the AKC show standard.  Purchase price depends on age, markings, and show quality. Parents of my pups are all AKC registered.  To keep my pricing fair and reasonable I supply new puppy owners with copies of mom and dads pedigree only.  I have recently had people try to get my puppies for breeding.  I do NOT wish to sell my puppies with breeding rights at this time.  There are WAY too many unethical people trying to make a quick buck by selling puppies...and in all due respect, breeding is an art, takes years of knowledge, patience, time, money, and a ton of love.  You don't just put two dogs together and make a ton of money...if this is what you think, you are a PUPPY MILL IN THE MAKING AND PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME!  I put years of effort and learning into what I do and it SHOWS in my puppies, and I will NOT have my babies be put in harms way, stuck in cages, or put into a puppy mill situation....NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For all of 2010, my males are $800, and my females are $900. My puppies are priced affordable so that families can afford them.  My quality is great, the health of all of my adults is also wonderful and all adults are temperament tested, loved as family members and are AKC registered.  My guarantee is honest and I do NOT believe in the NO REFUND policy for deposits.  Make sure you ask about the deposit refund, because most breeders state that a refund is NON REFUNDABLE...I say that is totally unethical and wrong.  Buying a puppy should be stress free, honest, and affordable.  A high price does NOT guarantee a pup's health, but knowing the bloodlines of the breeding adults, feeding great food, and appropriate health care does. We try to keep our prices as affordable as possible and we will never compromise the health and welfare of our babies  for any reason.     Solids and excellent markings will be priced higher.   We guarantee health and beauty and great  loving personalities, but there are no guarantees on color or size.  We breed Havanese in the range of 10-15 pounds.   We feel from experience, that this is a very healthy weight, and anything below this weight can be considered a runt, and any runt of any litter should be discounted as such, and not be sold for a higher price tag because they are small. Puppy price including shipping costs and all paypal fees are due before puppy is delivered to you or shipped.   Shipping is not included in the price of the pup.  We accept money orders or cash only.... paypal can be used upon my discretion........ please add 3% to whatever you send through paypal as that is what they charge us.   Shop safe and secure by using paypal!   It's the ONLY safe way to shop online! SHIPPING   We will ship  puppies when they are 8  weeks old.....but we reserve the right to hold baby until we feel puppy is mature enough and at proper weight....Shipping price is $300 which must be added to puppy price and paid in full 2 weeks prior to shipping.  The price  includes the nice crate that you keep, health certificate, a vet exam,  and the actual price of shipping.  I use Continental airlines unless for some reason that's not possible.  I drive 6 hours round trip, which takes an entire day, plus I have to be at the airport 2 hours before shipping time.  I have included a small fee in the price to cover my expenses. Shipping can be done for $250 in early spring and early fall and when the temperature cooperates, I can then ship from an airport closer to me which drops the price $50. PUPPY DELIVERY  Puppy can be released to his or her new home when 8 weeks old.    All health care and worming's will be done for the appropriate age.  I will drive at no extra cost to you, up to a reasonable distance to meet you if you are in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio or Illinois area.  You are totally welcome to come and visit your puppy or pick up your puppy at my home.  Visit's allowed by appointment only, and ONLY when puppies are deemed ready for the stress of being handled by strangers and they must be weaned before your visit.  I do not want mama stressed in any way so pups can be seen at age 6-8 weeks of age, no earlier.  You will be asked to do certain things before you arrive.  I ask that you do NOT visit a pet store, a kennel, a vet, a groomer, or anywhere like a park where animals have been.   This is due to any possible disease that you could be infected by.  Parvo is airborne and is deadly.   I am NOT a kennel, I am a home breeder and my dogs are my pet's FIRST and breeders second.  I do know of certain situations where a breeder friend of mine allowed a family to visit  her kennel....this family visited a large commercial  kennel before seeing hers...they brought in parvo, and this breeders losses were devastating by death of adults and puppies...You will be asked to take your shoes off before entering my home, and to wash your hands thoroughly before touching my babies...This is all done to insure sanitation... DEPOSIT   $100.00 will hold your puppy. PUPPY IS NOT MARKED AS SOLD UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.  The balance is due when puppy is 8 weeks old and if not paid, puppy will go back up for adoption.  Deposits ARE HALF of the purchase price.  If any requests are made by the buyer such as spay or neuter if not already done, and the dog is cancelled for any reason by the buyer, the price of the procedure, and also initial deposit will be deducted from any refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. What information does the DNA testing provide? AKC DNA Profiling is for parentage verification and genetic identity purposes only. It does not provide information regarding genetic health, conformation, performance ability, coat color, etc. This AKC DNA that so many breeders brag about means nothing AS FAR AS HEALTH. ....it is a cheek swab done on the males to prove THE MALE that  sired a litter NOTE:  We prefer our puppies be pampered, loved, and spoiled as a member of your family, therefore we do not sell with full registration for breeding rights on the norm.    We do not want our babies to get in harms way, under any conditions. There are many brokers and backyard breeders that are not following AKC regulations and are not breeding to improve this magnificent breed and we as always, breed with care and make the very careful decisions when we pick the mama and papa to breed responsibly.    We do not want our babies put in  situations being bred to death, or locked in cages and treated badly, nor do we condone breeding if it's not done per AKC standards.  We believe in breeding to keep this great  breed alive and top notch for many years to come, and to always improve this breed with selective breeding.  We  hope that this breed with all of its beauty and elegance, and love,  will not be lost or diminished due to selfish gain, by breeders who are not breeding with proper ethics and morals.    We also believe in following AKC standards and stay within the size structure.   Not all breeders are alike and there are many who are reputable.   We simply want our puppies  sold as pets to insure they are treasured and adored as they should be.The Havanese are an extremely special breed that deserves to be treated with compassion and kindness and they need tender loving care.
