Jasmine above as a baby
female
sold to Cassandra
She loves being held too...this litter has had a ton of hands on love...which makes for the perfect new puppy!
Jasmine now.
Jasmine and Jamie are VERY close in looks.  I am pretty sure that they will both have a light face and will look a lot like their daddy....You can see how the eyebrows are getting light, that is a sign of a lighter face...

A   word of caution!
I am seeing very HIGH prices on these pups, and although my pups are worth their weight in GOLD and I COULD charge $2000.00 FOR THEM you will not see me do that.....my investigating and learning all that I can has brought me to these conclusions:
Breeders that charge $1400 and up, are charging this much they say due to" testing".
ANY vet will tell you that NO living creature is deemed perfect, just not possible.  Just like us humans....
The tests being done on dogs are NOT proven conclusive with puppies, only with said dog at THAT given time and many of these tests can be very painful and invasive and you can guarantee only so much with offspring.  Just like us....can you GUARANTEE that you will have a perfect child just because you and your spouse are healthy...of course you can't.....so let's be realistic now....oh how I can feel the heat now ....hee hee....but that's ok...if you want honest, that is what you get from me....a little opinionated maybe, but I won't lie to you......I have to live with myself and sleep at night, and I do that because I treat people as I want to be treated..honest and fair.

Breeders also charge MORE for chocoloates.
Chocolate is a DILUTE gene which CAN and DOES produce unhealthy pups in many cases.  There is a LOT to be said about keeping any breed close to perfection without charging a ton for what is called "RARE"

It is MUCH smarter to learn about the bloodlines and pedigrees of the breeding parents which has been done here with ALL of my breeding adults.   I have gone back 7 years and to date, all have been healthy.
My guarantee is as good or better than those that charge so much.  I COULD very well charge these high prices with the health, dispositions, looks, and champions in my bloodlines, but I feel it SHOULD be about getting a great puppy into loving homes without causing a family a hardship due to an inflated price.

The incredibly funny thing, is these breeders offer the SAME guarantee as I DO...one year on genetics, and 5 years on general puppy ailments that would cause death.   Why on earth would you pay so much for a wonderful pet when you can get one that is affordable.  I have the best guarantee there is, I also have the best and sweetest dogs ever.  Most eye, heart, patella, and kidney problems will show up between 9 and 12 months of age.  If these were to happen, I do NOT ask for your puppy back as some do...this is cruel in my opinion and to ask for a dog back is just plain wrong!!!    You would get a new puppy when the time is right for YOU should your puppy pass due to a genetic disease....no better guarantee than that.  Purchasing a puppy should be stress free AND affordable.  This breed is the perfect pet for a family, and should not be priced so high that an average family cannot afford a great puppy, especially with our economy as it is.
Guess I am old fashioned, but I do this for the love of the breed...breeding is NOT my bread and butter, but my PASSION .... I simply adore and love  these adorable creatures!
My pricing will stay affordable, and I have absolutely wonderful, loving, sweet, healthy, and gorgeous moms and dads that have produced exceptional pups that have made many families happy....to me, that is what it's all about!  I have been blessed, in that I have had NO past customers call about any diseases or sick dogs....it's not just about genetics, it's ALSO about HOW a dog is raised with top of the line food, not overvaccinating, and learning how to make our pets live a long life....Heartworm, general wormings, and vaccines are loaded with  poison and toxins, these alone shorten an animals life and cause havoc with our pets....if you want to be a great and smart puppy owner, please purchase one or both of these books...there are REASONS dogs get ill and it is not always genetics!!!

Give your puppy the best gift ever, the gift of GREAT food, not injecting poisons in the little bodies, and lots of love, fresh air, and compassiion....what you receive back from your furry friend  is unconditional love forever....

Purchasing a puppy......

Most reputable breeders are reluctant to allow people to introduce a new dog into their household during the holidays. Instead they recommend that good books on the  breed you are choosing,or basic books on dog training be placed under the tree, along with items you will need for your new arrival such as a food bowl, travel carrier, leash, brush and comb, and some pictures of the new canine resident-to-be. The holidays are chaotic times at best, and a puppy is likely to get lost in the shuffle at the time it most needs its new owners’ undivided attention.
A puppy (or an adult dog) should NEVER be a surprise gift, holidays or not. It is a living thing that will be part of someone’s family for many years to come. You need to be sure that the recipient (and his or her entire household) actually want and are able to care for a dog in general which includes vet costs and a great food.   Far too many “Christmas puppies” wind up in animal shelters once the holidays are over because the giver didn’t take the time to think things through.
Also, dogs are not “bred to order.” Most credible breeders don’t have puppies all the time, and bitches don’t come in season like clockwork to have puppies just the right age to leave at Christmas. The right dog is worth waiting for, and the search can liven the often-dreary months after the holidays. This is a serious committment as these babies are adopted to be a loving family member only.  Please do not buy a puppy by impulse, take your time and be ever so cautious due to the many backyard breeders, puppy mills, and irresponsible breeders that breed just for the money.  A reputable breeder only breeds to improve the breed...these are loving little creatures that need your time and dedication so that they can grow and mature into a well behaved and disciplined family member, just like children.  I highly recommed any DVD's by Ceasar Milan, who is the well known
"Dog Whisperer" that is a genious at dog training.......

Havanese dogs continue to become very popular pets and as such it is becoming more and more “let the buyer beware”. Puppy mills are now producing Havanese. Some existing dog breeders have grabbed any Havanese they can find to try and breed Havanese, regardless of lineage, or health issues within some lines. Havanese have been imported from Europe, in spite of the fact there are real questions about these dogs and their temperament. Deception and misrepresentation is becoming more prevalent. Some breeders have used some "bad" lines in breeding and some have just not taken care to breed carefully. No Havanese owner wants a Havanese who turns into something other than the playful and delightful Havanese when they mature. Even more important is what such dogs may cost you in veterinarian bills down the road.

Beware of “Backyard Breeders and Puppy Mills” and gossip. With backyard breeders and puppy mills ON THE RISE, you are asking for trouble down the road. If a breeder starts badmouthing another breeder check any negative allegations and determine if they are facts or merely statements intended to get you to buy a puppy from them.

You do NOT have to have club affiliation to be a quality breeder.  I know for a fact, how cruel, and evil these GROUPS can be.  I take no part in these clubs nor do I condone those that do.  Please don't ask for a "referral" from me, I do not give out positive, nor negative about anyone.  You will have to determine if you are comfortable with the breeder that you choose and do this by checking this by his or her references...there is NO better reference than that of past customers.    I have many years of references and am very proud of my reputation and have many contacts that you may speak with.  Please, do NOT buy from a pet store.....puppy mills supply the pet stores as do backyard breeders who cannot find a home for their pups due to over breeding.

The breeders that charge huge amounts for these pups are trying to say that we breeders that charge less, do not have quality.  Quite the contrary.  I as a home breeder have a few litters a year to promote health and temperament.  I have checked back 7 generations of pedigrees of my parents and to date there has been NO health issues.  This is a VERY healthy breed and even the testing that breeders do so they can justify charging $2000.00  for a puppy cannot be certain of anything, because the testing gives results at that time, for that dog only, and is not 100% conclusive for the puppies, any vet will tell you this is a fact......... these are living little creatures and like us humans...there are no 100% gurantees in life be it a pet, or a human being that can develop diabetes, or down syndrome for an example....any living being can unfortunately develop a genetic problem....so buy with caution, but with common sense..............get your beloved pet from a breeder that breeds with love and care, and has checked into the backgrounds of the bloodlines. You do NOT need to break the bank to have an incredible Havanese puppy....ask my customers!
A breeder that has a lot of dogs is a breeder that is in this for the money and most generally has no care to breed with ethics or morals......I have been breeding now for 12 years and have seen it all........My customers are extremely happy, and my adults have incredible sweet temperaments with great healthy bloodlines.....
I believe in fair pricing so that families CAN afford to have one of my magnificent puppies. The Havanese is rated as one of the top breeds for  non shedding, kind, gentle, loving, sweet, smart, and housebreaks better than most toy breeds along with no odor and is GREAT with children.  I am not here to get rich nor to make my prices so out of reach that families cannot afford them....this is a breed that SHOULD be a loving family pet..... this is my passion and NOT profession alone....we run a few other businesses and I love to breed, I will continue to breed for many more years God willing, and I do it with pride with many wonderful references to back me up, and it just doesn't get any better than that!!!!!

Why Vaccines Cause Problems

Typically, the vaccines are injected into the body; subcutaneously (under the skin) or intramuscularly (in the muscle). These vaccines usually have numerous viruses as well as other ingredients in them. Exceptions to this include the rabies, corona, and bordatella vaccines. Herein lies the second and third problem with the vaccination process.
The process of injecting numerous viruses at one time into the body does not mimic in any way what we would see in the natural world. There would never be such an enormous exposure to that many microorganisms at one time. ... These diseases have never, in the real world, occurred at one time, never. The purpose for which mother nature uses and continues to use acute illness is to thin out the population, whereby the fittest survive. Everything in nature has a rhythm, everything. The rhythm of distemper, of polio, of measles, of influenza, of parvo, of rabies are all on a schedule. This schedule is not determined by the vet profession!
Neil Miller, a father of two, in his desire to understand the issues around vaccinations for his children, decided to explore the issue extensively. He studied the rise and fall and the death rate of the childhood diseases of polio, measles, and whooping cough in both the US and the UK. He compared the death rates and the point at which vaccinations were introduced. Much to his surprise, in all three of these diseases, he saw that the death rates starting in the early 1900s were markedly decreasing by the time the vaccines were introduced. In the case of polio there was actually a bit of an increase after the vaccines. The increased numbers of deaths after polio vaccines were covered up by reclassifying them as aseptic meningitis. Therefore the deaths didn't show up in the records, but it is quite clear that vaccinations did not really have a beneficial impact on the already declining health rate. The reason the diseases were declining had more to do with the increased natural resistance and better understanding about prevention through hygiene.
Thirdly, the process of injecting viruses into the body is a very unnatural method of introducing viruses, with the exception of Rabies virus. Most other forms of exposure are through the mucous membranes - the nose, throat/mouth, even the eyes. This creates another huge insult to the immune system. First we gather a whole bunch of viruses and other 'stuff', then we inject them into the body at one time! I have to ask myself if this could be the start of massive confusion and havoc causing the body to attack itself? In other words, could this be why we are seeing so much autoimmune disease?
Fourth, when these viruses are injected into the body, they find their way into the small capillaries, then into the larger vessels and are filtered by the lymph nodes. This sounds fine except that usually these viruses are first introduced into the mouth and nose, where the humoral immune system is stimulated. It produces the powerful immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM) which provide the first line of defense.
When this primary defense mechanism of the humoral immune system is bypassed, you are dependent on the cellular immune system only; this is the branch that produces antibodies. Producing antibodies is a fine thing, but when the natural pathways are bypassed it creates an extra load on the system. Having the natural stimulation of both wings of the immune system is a more balanced approach and isn't what happens with injected vaccines.
Last, but certainly not least, are the other substances that are in the vaccine vials that are potentially problematic.
This is also the case of our pets, and NOT just humans

We are receiving many requests for 7-8 pound Havanese.  Please understand, the Havanese is in the toy group, but they are not tiny like a  yorkie. MANY breeders are destroying the breed standard of many dogs by trying to downsize which are called names like tiny, teacup, or minature and this causes many health problems and why we have so many dogs in shelters and pounds...it's all about money!!  We do not condone breeders that try to change any breed standard.  We NEVER inbreed, line breed, or cross breed our dogs. If you want tiny, please go purchase a chihauhua....we have been told the breeders that are downsizng to MAKE these smaller breeds have put the chihauhua in the bloodline to make a specific breed small, and then a huge price tag is put on these mutts.  Doing this ruins any breed.....This makes us extremely angry, and here again, this dowsizing will result in a mutt and then it is no longer a purebred, not to mention the many ill effects that happen when a breed is compromised by people trying to change the size of the breed standard......We go strictly by the AKC standard and breed with ethics and integrity.  As always, any litter can produce a smaller size, we then discount a puppy that we feel is too small for the breed standard, thank you for your understanding...

We have much experience in the breeding world and have bred dogs for 10 years now.   We are home breeders just hubby and me and as empty nesters we now have the time to dedicate to what we truly love  which is breeding these delightful bundles of love.....We breed for their great dispositions, gorgeous coats, and healthy bloodlines.  We were so impressed with this breed  because of their sweet, loving,  and kind temperament... If you want non shedding, loyal, and very loving then this is the breed for you....We have found that all lifestyles work with the Havanese with heir calm manner and gentle ways, and quite honestly, we feel they are the perfect family dog due to their tolerant  and sweet disposition. They are a sturdy dog, not frail as some toy breeds are, with their weight being between 10 and 14 pounds.  The perfect pet for anyone who wants lovey and sweet, and gorgeous and healthy too and the best part is this is a  great dog for the person with allergies.   We strongly suggest that you get on our wait list if you would love one of these little dolls, they are some of the best family dogs ever.....

If interested in going on our wait list, email or call us....thanks so much, and have a blessed day !

Some info below that will help you.  I do not feed a total raw food diet, however, I DO believe in feeding the items below for puppies longevity.  Now remember, the bones are RAW, therefore soft and very good for them. Told wives tales about chicken bones choking a dog is true...but those are COOKED and splinter..... Stay away from grapes, raisins and chocolate but there are many ways to keep your baby healthy.  Think about the dogs in the wild....they eat raw meat and have been with us for hundreds of years with no health issues or disease.  It has only been in the last 30 or so years that dry kibble has been introduced to our pets.  Life's Abundance is the only human grade dry kibble that I will allow my dogs to consume.  Adding in natural items such as raw chicken wings or necks as a treat, home made doggie biscuits, and items below, are great for Fido's health.  It's OK to do this...really it is. I have had NO incidents and would not suggest this if I were not doing this myself. Just make their consumption of what you and I call people food RAW. NO fast food PLEASE!!!
RAW CHICKEN
RAW CHICKEN – necks, wings etc. – it is safe and very inexpensive. Raw chicken bones are harmless; it is when you cook them that they become sharp and dangerous. Salmonella and campylobacter jejuni are of no consequence to a healthy dog. You can feed the whole chicken including ribs if you prefer – any part is good which sells for a good price, always raw.

RAW MEAT
RAW MEAT - call a local butcher that does ranch slaughtering and you can get a better price. Buy frozen meat, or fresh - cheap grade hamburger is fine. The best raw meat to feed is lamb/sheep meat – which we use. Dogs do not need to get any meat ground up – cut in pieces is better or attached to the bone is best. Ground up internal organs with muscle meat is far better than just muscle meat.

RAW LIVER
RAW LIVER - give 2-3 pieces 3 times a week, or any other organ meat; heart, kidney or tripe. Dogs must have organ meat weekly – lack of taurine – an amino acid abundant in hearts will cause dogs to seizure.

RAW EGG YOLK
RAW EGG YOLK – Raw egg yolk – one or more daily. Boiled or scrambled eggs are fine too. Offer raw egg yolk to the dogs you are not feeding raw liver or other raw organ meats. Be sure you use egg yolks from chickens fed free range - it will say so on the box. I highly recommend one egg daily to all dogs.

SARDINES IN SOY OIL
SARDINES (IN OLIVE OIL) – Give one can once or twice weekly, instead of raw meat/liver. Dogs love it - it’s very, very good for your dog and a nice change now and then.

RAW VEGETABLES
RAW or COOKED VEGETABLES (only as a filler) – cooked potatoes (great food for dogs)—carrots, or broccoli stems, or any vegetables you like or are in season like cauliflower, brussel sprouts, avocados, pumpkin, squash, peas, beans, etc. Crush raw vegetables in your Cuisinart or blender – a good way is pulp from your juicer – you drink the juice – mix pulp in dog’s food. Fruits are excellent, apples, pears etc, it’s best to steam vegetables. Then crunch and feed to dog. Raw, cooked or steamed vegetables are all ok!

FAST YOUR DOG ONE DAY WEEKLY
It is very healthy to fast your dog one day a week, after he is one year old.
